The appointments were very timely and the owner and his staff where personally involved in the scheduling and overall project management.  The office staff kept me and my wife updated by phone and email. The owner came out during and after the project was completed to complete a quality assurance review and to make sure that not only was the job up to his standards, but he made sure that the cleanup was acceptable.
