Landscaping
It was a horrible experience. The guy hired different people everyday to work on the job. He did not supervise them. The workers did not know what they were doing. He rented equipment that they had never used before such as a masonry brick cutter. They were unskilled. As per the contract, they had to instal a water feature and the water feature installation was going so horribly, so we ran them off. We concluded that it was not going to be successful. I paid him majority of the contracted amount because he had done majority of the work. The price was reasonable. He indicated that he will be on the job throughout, but he was always looking for a new work and so, he spent most of his time out estimating. I will never use him again in the future.
