Any time I have had a problem, I call and he is here. We live in the country and we have a lot of moles at times. I can call him and he will come right out. We had mice outside, and he tells us what he can do. We have six cats and three dogs, so we have to be careful. He is very cognizant of that. We found a couple of small spiders in the downstairs. He came and took care of it and we haven't had any spiders since. He takes care of the entire outside, and he is great. I don't think he is the most expensive or the least expensive. He is responsive and punctual. He is professional, but friendly.
