Beck's Furnace is locally owned and operated in Lake Stevens. We happily serve all of Snohomish County and will also go as far north and west as Camano Island. We specialize in service and repair of furnaces and air conditioning equipment. Our company has been providing efficient and cost - effective heating and air conditioning systems for residential homes and commercial establishments of Snohomish County since 1973. With well - trained and highly equipped technicians, we can assure you quality products and services. We service all brands of furnances including oil, gas and electric in both residental and commercial. Emergency service is available. My Furnace quit working in Jan. and I called Levi Williams. He came out right away and it was not going to be a cheap fix, both Jeff and Levi had been trying to keep it working for years. The owners before me put in the cheapest furnace they could find. We decided to upgrade the furnace and add A/C. Jeff and Levi did the installation of the furnace first and completed the A/C a few days later. They did an excellent job.

Furnace stopped working and we were hoping it just needed a repair. However, the furnace was 23 years old and we had spent a couple hundred dollars last year for a repair. Due to the age and estimated cost to just and quot;fix itand quot; we opted to install a new one. Jeff gave us options with no hard sell and was able to return the following day to install. Very satisfied with his service.

He has done the service on our furnace for a few years since 2000 and it's always been a good experience. This time we found out our furnace needs to be replaced since it's about 30-40 years old. He gave us a few suggestions on what we can do and rough costs. Straight forward and nice guy, no hard sell.

The entire process required portions of 5 days to complete, using a 2 person crew. Because the weather was not cold, the longer process was not a problem. The work progressed in an efficient and professional manner, and there were no "surprises". I am completely satisfied with the results.

Jeff returned my call promptly. At that time we scheduled a day for the work. We were pleased Jeff wanted to stop by the day before to assess and prepare for the job. He was very informative. The next day Jeff and his assistant arrived on time. The job went smoothly with no problems. He wrote the installation date on the heater. We thought that was a nice touch.

After contacting the office, they promptly returned my call to schedule the job. Jeff arrived at the house at the pre-arranged time. He was very friendly and professional. The job was completed in less time than estimated without any problems. He even took away the old, lint filled dryer vent.

We called Jeff Williams to describe the problem. We scheduled an appointment that was convenient to both our schedules. He was prompt and immediately explored options with our furnace. Since the problem was intermittent, he made some adjustments to the furnace to see if that worked. When it didn't work, he immediately returned to the house and, thankfully, the furnace cycled through with an error and he found the problem part. Once the part was ordered, he returned to install it. The furnace is now working wonderfully. This was a challenging repair as it was intermittent, so we are very pleased that our furnace now works the way it should.
