Very good job on my roof

Richard responded quickly and was very nice and informative when providing the estimate. Although he said he would be on site with two others to do the work, when it came time to do the work only one showed up. The roof looks good and the areas effected were all cleaned as well, eves, sides of house and yard. I don't believe that the downspouts were checked for flow once the job was complete. So now I have to wait until we get our heavy rain to see if they're clear. Estimate on time the job would take was on target too. Once I know the downspouts are clear I will be happy.

Not professional, for a simple project.

2/3 of other estimates. Hired for roof cleaning, gutters and moss treatment in a heavy maple leafed area. Went way and beyond blowing driveway, entry, stairs and large back deck. Fast and efficient. Great company!!

Like that he was able to communicate via email. When he got there - great ideas to help with a pesky drain. Good experience!

We had a portion of our roof cleaned and moss repellent applied and also had the gutters. Our cleaner was prompt and professional and did an excellent job.

Julian did an excellent job cleaning our skylights, roof and removing the moss. We are happy with the overall cleanup. We will use Apex Home Services again.

We paid $750 to spray the moss off and then apply chemicals to kill the rest of it. We have a large roof. He also screwed on a gutter that had blown off in the big windstorm. Not many contractors would do both. I had hoped to find someone cheaper and someone who didn't use a spray system, but my husband made the decision before I could intervene. The roof looks good. He cleaned up pretty well and cleaned the gutters and downspouts too. He said that to return in following years to apply the chemical again and it would only cost $75. Nice guy, very confident.

He came on time, did a very good job removing the moss and on top of cleaning up he included cleaning up our porches as well as fixing one of our drainage pipes. Very thorough, extremely good, and yes we will definitely use this company again.

The am very happy with the results of my roof. He came the same day and was thorough. He put moss out to prevent further moss and the gutters are spotless!!! I will continue to use this company again and recommend them highly!

Blew out gutters with power blower; no washing of gutters & no downspout cleaning. Blew debris into yard without picking up any of it. Said he applied moss deterrent/roof treatment, but was I was unable to detect any sign of it. It was a dry application that couldn't have taken more than 5-10 minutes on my two story. Not confident as to success of application. Entire time spent on job was about 40 minutes for $190. charge. Would not call again. Very disappointed.
