They did a nice job.

I bought an Angie's list coupon for Airpros Heating on July 13 with three dates listed as possible service dates.  They did not contact me about those three dates. After all of the dates went by, I called them on August 4th and left a msg.  On August 5, Derek called back and scheduled an appt.for Aug. 9.  They did not show up.  On Aug. 12, I called Derek again and he said he is on vacation and that he gave his employee 10 jobs, but he hasn't been talking to him.  Derek admitted that it was "poor service."  Derek did not call me back after he came back from vacation.  I called him again and he said that he had to respond to emergencies involving air conditioners that went out.  I told him that it sounded like he did not want to do this job.  He said he would come out and fix my furnace.  Derek came out around August 23rd and replaced a small part that took about 5 minutes.  He said he would not charge me the full amount for the part and charged me $75.00.  The furnace worked after the part was changed.

They're very good and I was really happy with everything . As I recall, I had to go sit in a cold house and wait for them. I explained that to them and they were very good about calling me and telling me where they were and what time they expect to be here. They were very easy to work with in that regard.

The personal service and the quick response was great about them.
