Absolute Rot Repair did an amazing job on our garage rehabilitation and deck install! We recently purchased a home, knowing from the inspection that there was significant water damage in the attached garage & the deck atop of it. Oleg provided us with an initial quote and did a great job of laying out what to expect based on the severity of rot & water infiltration that his team might find in the garage. Arthur and his team did an amazing job on the repair & rebuild of the garage as well as the deck installation project. They were extremely professional, kept us well informed of their findings & plan of action and consulted us on any design details to ensure we were all on the same page. The extremely high level of quality done by the team is a tribute to their expertise & dedication to their clients. And everyone on the team was extremely personable & genuine to interact with on a daily basis. The rebuild of our previously-rotted garage (inside & outside) and installation of a brand new synthetic deck on top took the team less than 4 weeks to complete! And the expert craftsmanship is apparent in every detail; our house is in much better condition than we could have ever hoped for. The crew at Absolute RR did a great job fixing a wood rot issue in an exterior wall of my house underneath a deck. The work involved removing a window and replacing a structural support, studs, siding etc. Work was done in a timely and professional manner for a fair price.

Oleg and his team did a very thorough job removing compromised wood and dry wall, and replacing it with quality materials. I'm 100% pleased with the work that was done. The contractors were professional and easy to ask questions to. Very good communication throughout the 4 day project. You can tell that they take pride in the work that they do and treat you as their only customer. Could not be happier with the result. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family.

ARR was the only contractor who was able to understand the problem and propose a practical solution. They went to work the day after I accepted their estimate and completed the job timely. They communicated well and asked for my approval at critical decision points. I will probably hire ARR again when I have another job.

This company did a great job of getting it taken care of in a timely manner taking into consideration that I was on a very tight schedule and needed it done asap. The guys that where doing the work where very respectful of my property and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. They where friendly and professional, I would defenitly recommend them to family and friends.
