Bad Service!!! This has been the worst service that I have ever experienced. Our furnace heat went out in February. The technician came and diagnosed a bad pressure switch (Trip 1: $132.12). I gave him a $20 tip since it was a Saturday evening. Two days later he came with the wrong part, drilled holes in the furnace case for the new one, and installed it. The furnace fired but quit as he was driving away (Trip 2: $181.67; note: the pressure switch sells for $19.95). Over the next four days I left numerous voice and text messages on his cell phone with no response. I also called the dispatch number on their website numerous times. They just told me that they would leave him a message to call me back. Even though I told them our heat was inoperative, there was never an offer to send a second technician. After several days in the cold, I finally gave up and called another company that made one trip, replaced the controller and completed the repair in 45 minutes. He tested the old pressure switch that the first technician pulled off and told me that it was functional and did not need replacing. I then called the company to complain. To their credit, they did refund the second visit. I still had to pay for the first trip and their faulty diagnostic. Their lack of professionalism, unresponsiveness and poor service was most unfortunate. I recommend that you use virtually anyone else. Snohomish Heating an AC (425-327-5005) responded quickly and repaired our system in 45 minutes.
