They are super. They have been coming to my house for three years and then, I just bought my kid a house and I wanted them to go in there and spray and check for anything. They come quarterly. They come when they say they are going to come. They are timely and if I have something between the three months, they come and there is no charge if you sign up with them. I think they are pretty inexpensive. They are professional and knowledgeable. I have not had a problem since I hired them.

We live on 7.5 acres and, of course. expect bugs, bats and mice/rats. The symphony is under control by quarterly maintenance.

During the last quarter, we had a rat in the garage that went into the ceiling of our bedroom. Freaked out! We called and they immediately came out. He checked out the attic in our bedroom and put a bate box in the garage. This trip he reloaded the bate box. Have had no current problems. Removal of little feet in our ceiling. What is THAT worth?

He also sprayed the perimeters, checked the crawl space, gave advice and is easy to grill for information.

As a germ phobe, I would give up cable before I gave up WA Pest. Their knowledge pool is amazing.

If only they could get rid of our moles! There's a city under our front lawn.

I needed a very quick response since we have a siding contractor on site, and Washington Pest Services was able to respond within two hours of calling.
The service man (Joe) was very responsive to questions and provided us with the options we had to quickly treat this problem. He provided excellent service while on site.
We are very pleased with the responsiveness and service and plan to enroll in the quarterly service program.

Everything is going very well.

We have had no troubles since we have been using them. We have had occasion when we had a rat caught in the trap and they were not real fast getting out here to get it and its wasn't the best considering it was starting to smell. For our regular appointments they are usually here when they say they will be. They are very professional.

Not seeing any more ants. They are on call to answer questions to provide education info. So I could fix things to prevent future issues.

They were fine. My husband was here when they came and he told me that everything was fine. They did what he expected them to do for the price he expected. It was fine. We will use their services again in the future.

The Carpenter Ant problem wasn't resolved in 1 application 3 weeks later the larva hatched and I had to call for a reapplication of the perimeter spray. It has been 3 weeks since the second application and so far no ants.

They take care of rodents, carpenter ants and other insects. They are honest, prompt and reliable.

He has traps and does pest inspection. Once a year he does an application around the foundation for carpenter ants.

WE ARE VERY SATISFIED WITH WASHINGTON PEST SERVICES. I GUESS I CAN'T SAY A WHOLE LOT, EXCEPT THAT THEY SEEM TO BE ABLE TO TRAP THE VARMINTS AND WE DON'T HAVE MICE VERY OFTEN, WHICH IS GOOD. THEY'RE ALSO GOOD AT KEEPING THE BEES OUT.

I LIKE THEM AND THEY ARE REALLY GOOD ABOUT REMINDING ME EVERY YEAR THAT I NEED TO HAVE TO THE SERVICE REPEATED. THEY ARE EASY TO WORK WITH AND ACCOMMODATING.

THEY COME QUARTERLY TO CHECK AND SPRAY. THEY SEND OUT POSTCARDS TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING. THEY LET YOU KNOW WHAT THEY ARE CHECKING FOR AND WHAT THEY ARE SPRAYING FOR. THEY HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB, AS I HAVEN'T SEEN ANY UNDESIRABLE PESTS AROUND. THE PRICE IS FAIR FOR THE JOB. I PAY FOR IT BY THE YEAR.
