He explained that the lock was not actually broken, and showed me how to work it. Did not charge for his time. What a sweetie! Someone complained about his deportment, like maybe he is too gruff, but that's OK. He's one of those grumpy old men. He made sure I understood what he was saying by watching me lock & unlock the door, then he left.

Terrible. This individual is rude, disrespectful and completely disregarded requests that were made to him several times. I hired him to rekey specific locks and he included other doors without my consent. He was argumentative and lacked the most basic professional regard. Horrible experience!

He was prompt. Explained what went wrong with my lock, repaired it rather than replaced it. Showed me what was wrong with my how my front door was fitting and how adjusting that would make the dead bolt fit easier (so the dead bolt wasn't an issue, the door fit was). I really liked the information he gave as much as the repair he did. Nice man, good service.

Service man called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would, checked out each of 5 locks, re-keyed all and allowed me to have one key for all locks, I love that. He was friendly, cleaned up after himself, and worked quickly. Would use them again and refer them to others.
