Electrical Service
I asked for belt for upright vacuum, which I received. I installed it myself. I also asked for roller brush for central vac.Owner stated he would order it, and took my phone number. He never called me back. So 3 weeks later, I went back into store. He looks through pages of notes, and says "That part is no longer available" . He suggested I buy a new power head for approx $200, or he could possibly sell me a used one for half that price. I left, went home and ordered the roller brush online for $20. It took approx 30 seconds to find it on Google. I was trying to support local business, but it cost me 2 trips and 3 weeks waiting for nothing.
