I contacted Brian at NW Choice Realty to assist me in finding a nice home in a good neighborhood in Olympia, WA.  At the time, I was living out-of-state and relied on Brian to check out the available houses so I wouldn't have to make numerous trips up there to look at them myself.  He did a fantastic job. He kept me posted as new listings came on the market, inspected the houses for me and sent numerous photos that made it relatively easy to choose a home when it came time to purchase.  His background as a building contractor was especially valuable in ensuring that the home I eventually purchased had no major issues or surprises.  I couldn't have chosen a better realtor to help me out.  He was knowledgeable, conscientious, responsive, and trustworthy.  I really lucked out in finding him.
