Husband wasn't sure where leak came from and M&M found it very quickly. Then he was asked if he could also fix the sink closure & plunger. He adapted a piece and it also was repaired. He was very pleasant and congenial. Presented a bill, we paid all in less than an hour.

They've been good. We're having water heater trouble and we also had another small leak happening. What we've come to find out is that the reason why the first water heater was failing was because we have another leak that is underground. The water heater was continually trying to run hot water and it just gave up after awhile. They were trying to get that resolved. Unfortunately, the guy that does that is off for the weekend so we can't get that resolved until Tuesday. We got a new hot water heater installed today and that was good. They seem like reasonable folks. I haven't reviewed what other folks charge for the thing. It seems like a lot of money but maybe it's standard, I just don't know. My only disappointment is that they're not more available. We're having to wait until Tuesday to get the rest of it taken care of. They arrived on time and carried a professional demeanor.

I had a very old water tank. They did an excellent job of taking it out, and putting the new one in. They also did a great job with the extra work I had requested all for a reasonable price. They left it very clean, and the staff is all very nice people. I even got a follow up call the next evening to make sure that I had plenty of hot water.
