The experience was ok. They did make an error in measurements. They came & tore everything out, went to lay out the carpet & found it was too small. They had to patch everything up & we had to wait two weeks. When they came back out everything turned out fine & they did compensate us for the wait. The contractors they use are just great. They were very easy to work with & we would use them again.
