Was one hour late for appointment but did call to reschedule. Price of toilet fixture originally quoted was for a lesser quality product.
After discussion, with plumber, we elected to purchase a more expensive Koehler fixture.
The Kohler fixture toilet seat has a poorly designed hinge mechanism which allows the seat to detach itself at unwanted times. At a four month later date we replaced the toilet seat itself with a much more rugged product.
