Matt with Harlow Brothers Plumbing is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!! He shows up when he says he will, is friendly, courteous and explains everything he is doing and why. His business ethic is top notch, they just don't make business owners like this anymore. I highly recommend Matt with Harlow Brothers Plumbing.

They have just done an outstanding job for me. They come wearing nice, neat uniforms, clean cut and they follow up checks on their work and calls and stuff like that. I couldn’t be happier with them. I bought a repossessed house and it needed a lot of work. So I had the plumbing and everything else redone. They also put in a central air for me. They basically ripped out the whole bottom of the house, the main lines for the heater and replaced the water heater. They did a bang up job. I always thought of recommending them if I were to hear people were needing stuff. My wife literally was in tears when I said we are going to buy it, now she loves it. All the larger plumbing and heating folks charge quite a bit more than the Harlow Brothers do. They are a small company; I think they have got three trucks.

Our driveway drain was clogged and we had tried cleaning it out ourselves with no luck. We called Harlow brothers on a referral from another plumbing company and scheduled for them to come out the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. He called us when he arrived at another job saying he may be late, then called us from the job site saying that there was actually a gas emergency and would we mind if he came out the first thing the next mornin, which was Thanksgiving. As our situation was not an emergency, we said of course. He called when he was on his way the next morning, showed up as he said he would, and took care of our problem. In addition, he showed us the drain output and marked it with spray paint so we can locate in the future. We really appreciated the extra effort to communicate and of course a job well done. Plus, he didn't charge us extra on Thanksgiving because he was the one that rescheduled.
