Excellent service. I needed to replace two antiquated skylights. Jeff came out to give me a bid. He took his time, asked if I had any questions and didn't rush me. After I received the bid from Jeff about an hour later (what?);), I followed up with several questions regarding product, manufacturer, U rating, rebates, etc. Although I'm sure he was thinking "Lady, make a freaking decision", he was very prompt in his responses and his customer service was impeccable. I also called the skylight manufacturer to see what installer they recommended and DK Boos was their choice. After a few more bids from other places I chose DK Boos. While they weren't the cheapest, they impressed me. Ian and Josh came to install. They were on time and professional and just all around nice guys. My skylights look amazing. I am so pleased with this process from start to finish.

DK Boos was amazing! Because of the poor job done by my roofers, one of my old skylights started to leak before my new ones came in. DK Boos sent someone out immediately to cover the skylight with plastic and prevent further damage. They have been professional and responsive in all my dealings with them. One of the things I particularly liked about them is that everyone I have had contact with clearly loves their job. It was their attitude and the obvious pride they take in their work that led me to hire them even though they were slightly more expensive. I have not regretted that decision one bit!

The repair scheduler. Theresa,  was very helpful and friendly.  She took note of where we lived and said that they had an employee who lived near us and could come by the very next day to take measurements for the glass.  Dave stopped by our house on his way home and suggested that when the glass came in he would drop by and pick up the window and take it to the shop to be worked on there.  That ended up saving us a bunch of money.  He took three separate trips to our home "on his way home from work"  and went out of the way to help us out.  We really appreciate the way that DK glass took care of us.

When the tile failed in our daughter's bathroom, we called DK Boos to get some options for shower enclosures. It's a bit of a strange setup in the bathroom: a five-foot tub that has part of a window at one end. So, full shower doors weren't an option. Plus, it's a tiny bathroom, so we wanted something to give the illusion of more space. Brian came to give an estimate and understood exactly what we needed. He recommended a fixed glass pane about three feet wide. He answered all our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably, and even gave us some ideas for how to situate the plumbing to accommodate the shower glass.
Based on our conversation with him, we called a contractor that he'd worked with (he was very careful to say that he was not promoting or referring this contractor, but that he had done jobs with him and thought the work was of high standard) and ended up hiring him, too. Brian worked with the contractor to ensure that the placement of the glass against the tile was optimal. Once the new tile and plumbing were done, Brian came back to install the shower glass. It looks great, and he even fixed our other shower doors while he was here.
Our experience met the elusive ideal of home renovation: professionals who work closely with the homeowner to provide excellent service at reasonable prices within the agreed-upon time. We'd definitely use DK Boos again.

They are a good company.  This is the second time they replaced the widows in the business for me.  I will use them in the future.

DK Boos Glass called a day before confirming construction start time.  Eian and Jeff arrived on time. Before the start of the job, Jeff and Eian were diligent in covering our hardwood floors and furniture;  protecting them against construction dust.  Before work was started, they informed me about what to expect (noise, debri).  When it came to the placement of the skylights, because of the roof truss distance was different from previous thoughts, our original choice was not structurally feasible.  That was the only hic-up for the entire project.   The skylights installation took one day and they were out the next to finish the drywall inside the tunnel.  Thanks, Bill (the estimator), along with Eian and Jeff (the installers) on a  job well done.

We used DK Boos to replace our thirty year old front doors and windows. Bill was excellent and patient as we worked through our decision process using his design suggestions and mock-ups. The deal was done and Jeff and his installers did an excellent job of making it happen. Everyone at this locally owned company has the very best attitude toward their customers and their products.

I have worked with this company twice before with excellent results. The last time I had an interior sliding door replaced.  The slider came with a screen that wouldn't be used.  The company rep stated that he would provide a different size screen that I could use on an exterior slider.  I finally received the replacement screen 8 months later, and only after repeated phone calls.  When he delivered the screen, the company rep apologized for his lack of professionalism.  He stated that he kept forgetting to have the screen made.  Kudos to him for having the integrity to step up.
Mostly, I have been satisfied with the quality of their work and would probably hire them in the future.

I liked them.  They were very effective and efficient.  Nothing really stood out about their services.  I can't grade the price because it was long enough ago and I haven't done it again.

 They at first looked at the problem and said they didn't think it was the windshield and thought they could fix the leak by re-sealing the rear brake light above the windshield. I appreciated the fact that they didn't go to an expensive option right away. They re-sealed the light but the leak continued so I asked them to replace the windshield seal or windshield if needed. When they started the work they discovered that the original seal had been installed incorrectly and that they could fix it without replacing it. The cost was only $80 labor which was a considerable savings over the new seal or windshield. I was very favorably impressed by the professional courtesy of the staff and their desire to provide me the most economical solution to my problem. A real nice bunch of people.

They started off by putting down drop clothes and making sure that I had removed all pictures and knick knacks that could get damaged during their work. They took out the old windows and put in new, doing an excellent job. I really liked the way that they took the extra step in all areas. They fit us in with short notice by the end of the year so that we could submit for energy rebate in our taxes. They cleaned up after themselves and trimmed the 'sticks' so that they would fit the new windows. They fixed two honeycomb shades that had been installed improperly several years ago when they put the shades back. (I am VERY happy about that!) They removed not only the old windows but also a big mirror that I wanted to get rid of to donate to Habitat for Humanity. They took down the old rods and then put them back up afterward.

It turned well. They did a good job. They got me in quickly. Everything fit right. It didn?t leak. It was covered by insurance.

It turned out well. They were able to give me a good estimate. They were able to do it within the estimate and do it pretty quickly so I was pretty happy with them. They didn?t clean up the glass behind the seat.

They have been good. They were quick and the work was done right. Their price is comparable to any place and worth what you get.

They did a good job. The flashing was defective from the factory and they replaced it. They were professional and I would use them again.

DK Boos Glass does a very good job replacing windows. They explained the process to me and they were good to answer all of my questions. Their prices seem fair to me and they are a very professional company.
