"Dear Randall, It's always our goal to provide clear communication and transparent pricing Regarding the issue with the signed agreement, we follow industry practices and require signed approval before moving forward on move day (both move days), your onsite agent (your Mother) was hardly elderly being in her early to mid sixties. However, you personally provided an inventory to AmeriSafe - Itemized on the Estimate: 40 med boxes 20 med bins, 24 pieces of furniture 84 individual pieces in your total shipment. What we actually picked up from your home: 2 Full 26' trucks! 55 lrg boxes, 43 med boxes, 24 sml boxes, 26 plastic bins of various large sizes, 4 wardrobe boxes, 12 picture/mirror boxes! 320 individual pieces - 5 TIMES the inventory in piece count and volume! You had 5 TIMES more volume than you certified with AmeriSafe. 166 boxes 154 pieces of furniture! Also Randy you were on the phone on move night(s) and you approved the increase in price, your Mother also signed for the additional volume and price. We filled 2 FULL moving trucks for your job and never received any payment for our service from you except negative comments in social media. It's outrageous that you claim we held your items hostage, you never even paid us, we released your items to your new mover Mayflower just to stop the non stop social media smear campaign you engaged in. We stand vindicated by the price we charged and the volume we assessed, based on the price and volume Mayflower charged you for picking the items we had packed over the course of 2 move days. I value honest dialogue and accountability, and if there are any legitimate concerns, I am more than willing to address them directly and professionally. However, defamatory accusations are irresponsible. I encourage anyone who seeks clarity on the matter to reach out to me directly rather than relying on false and misleading information from this customer."
