The cost was a lot more than they said it was going to be. They were extraordinarily awkward to get a hold of. I found then through a deal that I purchased on Amazon. When I called them, I could only reach a voice-mail. They would only communicate with me by email. When I finally got a hold of them, they would only work around their schedule and not mine. They finally agreed to come on the day that I needed them to do it. They arrived to the appointment almost two hours late and didn’t call in advance or apologize. There were two people doing the work, one on the inside and one on the outside. It seemed that the woman doing the inside of the windows was more interested in my house than the windows.  That made me feel uncomfortable. They left steaks behind and I could have done a better job myself. I would absolutely not hire them again.
