We relocated to Washington several years ago. When we were ready to buy a home we worked with different realty companies and realtors, off and on. We were referred by a friend to Edward (Ted) Leland of Abbey Realty. Ted is awesome! Abbey Realty staff is courteous and informative. We let Ted know what kind of home we were looking for and he did the pre approval and gave us a realistic idea of what we could afford. He put together a list of homes which we viewed in his office and we decided which ones we wanted to look at. He stuck to our criteria and only showed us homes we were interested in. Ted did find us the perfect location and home. Years later we are still happy in our home. We still refer relatives who have relocated to Washington and friends to Ted Leland. They let us know that Ted has shown them the same knowledge and respect he showed us.
