A+ was open and had plumbers available in the afternoon. The phone scheduler was friendly and professional. She called back an hour later and said there was a crew available and could come to our home within 30 minutes - a very pleasant surprise for us! The crew arrived on time in their company truck. They determined that we did have an uninsulated, frozen pipe and they had to order a heater from their office. When the heater arrived they turned on the cold water faucets in the bathroom and the cold water was flowing! They didn't have to thaw the pipes which saved us about $300! They did insulate the exposed pipes and cleaned up. The price they charged was fair - plumbing or electrical work is never cheap! We were pleased with Ron and his assistant. They were friendly and professional. They even wished us a "Merry Christmas" as they were leaving We would use them again!

asked for them to fix floater in toilet and wanted to charge $24 to fix. which was so expensive since you can get the items to fix for much less at Home Depot. Felt like they were over charging for simple fixes. company offered to refund $800. but am still waiting to see what was charged for the AMEX. Did fix the toilet but overall was not good. Lied about what a rebuild was but tried to charge for that anyways. replaced brass pipe with a flex pipe which i wasnt okay with.

They were very attentive on the phone and offered to have someone out the next day. The plumber did the work in a timely manner, and also did a quick inspection around the house and under it. He recommended several other things. From what he told me and the quote he gave me, I felt that he was trying to take me on price. I went to a couple of supply stores, I priced water heaters that these companies would sell, deliver, and install for less than half what he quoted me. His quote for a 40 gallon gas water heater was $1600.00. I was shocked and disappointed. One supply store price total was less than $800.00. Because of the price charged, I don t trust this company now, I have been speaking to others, several made similar claims that they over charge.
