They did what I wanted for the price that they quoted

It went very poorly. They said they would back up all files and pictures before wiping computer and starting over, but that process was not done or failed, so we ended up with no files or pictures. The technician was very surprised when he discovered this, according to his notes in the work order and his phone call to us. Thus, we know it was not normal to lose all the files and pictures. Our phone call to the service manager went horribly. He lied to me for 30 minutes until I pointed out to him that his own service order indicated that the back-up started 2/2/16, and was not an automatic cloning on the day we brought it in, which was 1/28/16. This service manager exhibited horrible customer service skills, was rude and condescending and unwilling to do anything to correct the situation or make us whole. A call to the store owner has not even been responded to after 2 weeks of waiting.

They did a great job. I can't begin to tell you what was wrong, other than I now know it's time to upgrade from Win XP. Reasonably priced, well done service, friendly environment.

We were very pleased with the help we received even though the unused eight year old computer didn't work out. Our only problem in dealing with anyone regarding computers is that it is a real challenge for them because we are completely lacking in knowledge regarding computers. We ended up purchasing a new computer from 4th Dimension and we are very satisfied with the purchase.

The computer is as fast as I can remember. They have done a great job and they will always have me as a customer.

Home network stopped working. I could not determine the problem. After two weeks without the internet, I was getting desparate. I checked Angie's list and did not find too many companies in my area that had been rated. I chose to go with 4th Dimension only because I knew they had been in business in Olympia for awhile. I had no prior experience with them. I called at 11:30 AM. They were able to send a technician (Brian) by 1:45 PM the same day. The person on the phone said that they would send him with a new wireless router because quite often, that turns out to be the issue and he gave me a head's up that the router, if needed, would be $109. Within 30 minutes, Brian had determined that the issue was indeed the wireless router; replaced it with my permission; and had all four of our computers (PC desktop, wired; PC laptop,wireless; MAC desktop wired; MAC laptop, wireless) connected to the internet on a home network. Brian had to set up my home network because I had messed it up. The new wireless router is a better one than I had before. I was very happy (downright thrilled) with the service and product provided and will use this company again for any computer/computing needs I may have in the future.

I WOULD NOT GO TO THEM AGAIN. THEY ARE COMPUTER GEEKS, AND THEY ARE NOT AS FRIENDLY AS THEY SHOULD BE. I TALKED TO THEM, AND THEY TALKED TO ME, BUT I FEEL LIKE THEY THINK I AM AN IDIOT. THEIR WORK WAS FINE, BUT COMMUNICATION IS SOMETHING THEY COULD WORK ON. THE SERVICE WAS WORTH THE PRICE THAT I PAID.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND QUICK. THEY MADE SURE THEY DID EVERYTHING I WANTED THEM TO DO. OVERALL, IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY SEEMED TO BE VERY COMPETITIVE AS FAR AS PRICE, AND I GOT QUOTES FROM THEIR "GEEK SQUAD."
