The CSR I spoke with was extremely helpful. I didn't have a long wait to talk with a representative. She immediately figured out the problem, walked me through the steps necessary to reboot my router and modem, and within 3 minutes our service was fully restored. Excellent when you are running a business that relies heavily on internet access.

The first installation wasn't done quite right (erratic connections). The second crew fixed issues, including a new modem, and left enough cable and connections for me to run an extension elsewhere in the house. Both crews arrived when they said they would and explained what they were doing.

The installation time was shceduled to work with my time off from work without having to spend the entire day waiting for the job to be done. The gentleman that came to do the installation was very efficeint and professional. He introduced hisself and explain exactly what he was going to do and got the job done in less than an hour. (Sorry I forgot his name.) Once the installation was done he took the time to explain and demonstrate the use of the new equipment, which was very helpful for someone who is not as savvy with this type of sutff as the younger generation. The only thing that did not happen properly was the person who shceduled my appt did not get my phone number and last name correct so I did not get the courtesy call prior to the appt and the gentleman did apology for the inconvenience.
Description of Work: Had cable and internet installed and demonstration of usage of equipment.
