Very good job; very good people. We had our driveway and a sidewalk removed and re-poured. Additionally they removed sod adjacent to driveway and sidewalk; they removed and replanted a large rosebush and brought in soil enhancement -- our side yard is now ready for replanting. They installed an under-the-sidewalk drain pipe as well.

Wow! These guys are in a class by themselves when it comes to customer service, communication and finished product. Kris was very prompt to come out and give us a quote for a large driveway pad and two walkways that we needed to have redone. The walkways were large flagstone that had become too difficult to maintain and we wanted them replaced with aggregate. The large driveway pad was for a newly constructed shop, my pride and joy, and I wanted to break up the large area with some aggregate accent strips and Kris had some great ideas. I was so impressed with his ideas on the shop pad that I thought I'd throw him a curve and see if there was anything he may be able to do about a botched aggregate staining job that was done on our front walkway years earlier. He said that his wife Lynn was the stain expert and that they'd try, no promises but they'd try. After going over all the work that we wanted done Kris sat down and went to work on a quote. I was preparing myself for sticker shock but was surprised how fair and reasonable the price ended up being. Kris laid out a few different options and the costs of each, explaining the whole process and what was included very well. My wife and I ended up going with a package that included a 3 year maintenance plan, which was perfect for us considering I work in Alaska and am gone much of the year. I was impressed with Kris and his family throughout the entirety of our project. These guys work tirelessly, are extremely conscientious, are great communicators and deliver a BEAUTIFUL finished product. Lynn was able to restain our front walkway and the end result is amazing, I'm no longer embarrassed having people come to our front door. I really couldn't recommend Kris more highly if you need any type of concrete work.

Very well. Kris and the crew are honest, do very good work, don't cut corners, and professional in the whole process. They did what they said they would in the time frame discussed. Kris also offered several suggestions which were useful and improved the project. Very impressed with them and would recommend them.

Kris was wonderful and he went above and beyond what we had expected. He even had the cones and safety tape to help keep the newly poured concrete and sealer from vandalism. He uses high quality products and his crew is professional and experienced. He even landscaped the driveway.

Installed stamped stained concrete patio using a colored cement base, then accented with liquid, not powder.  Patio looks great.  Kris and his family installed within a week.  Very attentive to detail and worked with us every step along the way.  Very reasonably priced.  We highly recommend.  We would like to extend a special thanks to Lynn for her suggestions and counseling regarding the choosing of colors for our beautiful patio.

Called Kris for a bid and he was there in a couple of hours. He had a three week backlog and when opening came up they promptly showed up for job. Throughout the job he consulted with me on everything. It is a family owned company and only Kris his wife and son do the work. Excellent job by all three. Took four days from start to finish. I would hire them again for any concrete work I have.I had a small tree that needed to be relocated that was to close to the driveway and they took care of it for me. They are very responsive to all of your needs.

I  called Kris and he promptly called me back. I told him what I wanted and he set up an appointment to give me an estimate. Kris listened to what I wanted and gave me a fair estimate which he stuck to exactly in the end. As soon as a concrete truck was available, Kris did a quality professional job that was exactly what I wanted. At every step Kris was punctual and did  what he said he would. The steps came out beautiful and I would use Kris again.

Mike is amazing. He took the time to research our area, talking to experts, and designed a unique solution for our unusual problem. He is a hard worker, very responsive and a delight to work with. This is a small, family-owned and operated business, not a huge business with dozens of workers who just do what they're told. Mike listened to our concerns, and took the time to do it right. I hired Kris to pour a concrete floor in my detached garage. Originally I had decided to install my own gravel and level/compact the floor myself. I talked to Kris and he gave me information on what type of gravel and how to go about leveling it. It was a much harder thing to do than I had anticipated. Two days before the concrete was to be poured (Saturday) Kris came over and helped me to finish installing the gravel and leveling the entire floor. Then he compacted the entire floor the day of the pour. Six weeks later my floor looks amazing. I hired Kris during the busiest time of the year to pour a floor in a garage that was built in 1949. The garage is in bad shape, and he could have easily passed on the job (like many others before him), but he worked with me and I was able to get my floor. I would hire him again in a nanosecond.

As it so happened,  the work turned out to be scheduled on some of the hottest days possible.  On top of that it was learned that our prior concrete installer had poured concrete up to 8" thick in some places.  It was extremely difficult for Kris to remove the sections without damaging surrounding areas. But he did it!  We are very happy with his work and the professionalism in executing it.  Not a foul word was heard as he worked, and worked, ...and worked at getting the 8" thick sections out.  lol

Our property was left clean and the area taped off to keep the gremlins out of the wet cement. 

This father/son team did excellent work.   They were punctual, provided quick/accurate estimates, and took time to answer questions and describe options.  They completed work ahead of schedule (estimated two days, but completed work in one day) and left the site in very good condition.   A strip of concrete (6" wide by 29 ft long) was cut away from the driveway edge to allow for a new drain line to be installed on the property.  This solution was both economical and effective.   They have many years of experience and strive for customer satisfaction.  I am pleased with the results and highly recommend their work. 

They were here on time and kept working until completed.  Both drainage and walk came out great.

.Kris did an outstanding job of designing and installing a lovely curved concrete pathway and garden beds on the side of our house.  The project included installing a concrete pad for the garbage cans and removing and reinstalling an existing fence and gate.  After laying the sidewalk, he brought in a 3-way mixture of soil to prepare for a new garden on both sides of the sidewalk.  He was very professional and an excellent problem solver.  Kris was a joy to work with and we are very pleased with our new side garden and pathway.  I highly recommend Kris Eiltz Concrete and Draining.
