Ken Winkleman General Contractor

Ken and his subs were very professional and kept the noise and dust down to a minimum. Once he started the job, he stayed on this job until completion. (not distracted by other jobs). One unique thing about Ken Winkelman is that when you contact him (phone or yes he texts) he responds quickly. Plus he handles any situation that comes along right away. We were so happy with his performance on the addition that we have now hired him to build our upscale dream home.

Ken did an excellent job framing my home through a general contractor. His employees at the time, however, when unsupervised by Ken seemed to be deliberate in not respecting their work; example I loaned them my rake to move some dirt and found the rake beneath the deck they built on the day Ken was not around, partially buried just below the floor boards when the rack lying therevshould have been obvious. They also left a dent in my garage door after hauling boards through the garage, leaving dirt and clay stains in the garage. The 2x4s they set vertically were not centered. Several years later in contacting Ken for another project he would not return my calls More recent reviews of his work and checking references would be important.
Ken also should have formed some crickets on my roofline to better protect against eventual leaks and water damage.

Excellent. Ken is outstanding to work with. Whenever we called him, he answered his phone and responded to our requests. A great General Contractor!
