Gary is simply the best. He even got back to me while he was on vacation, walking me through a range of possible solutions gratis, and then, when repair work was needed, he provided excellent and efficient repair for very reasonable rates. I would recommend him over and over again!

I have been struggling with a permissions problem for 2+ days. I started with Apple Support and quickly involved the app vendor. Apple gave up late yesterday, saying it was a problem with the app and couldn't any more advice. The app support group hung in there, but by mid-afternoon today, started repeating earlier advice that didn't work the first time. I contacted Gary this evening with some basic information and voila, problem solved! We have used Gary three or four times now for iMac, MacBook Pro, and iPhone problems. He is what everyone hopes for in tech support. He is the best!

I used email and got an immediate response that the problem might be fixed with the exchange of a few emails and it turned out to be true. I admit to being pretty green in computer savvy and it took several backs and forths before the printer worked fine with my Mac. However, I did download an update of the operating system lately and it failed to work after that, I will have to try again. The advice and directions were given to me in a very straight forward, easily followed manner and it was all done so without any charge. I will be using the service again, this time with a home visit so the interchanges can be more direct and detailed than simply by email. This is a first class business that I recommend highly.

Fantastic. Gary is truly unbeatable for his knowledge and professionalism. He came to our house to do most of the work, but also helped us here in Portland online from his office in Vancouver. Gary is not only willing to take all the time needed to get the job done in the best way possible, but we gained a great deal of helpful advice from him about our new Apple iMac. Above all Gary comes across as completely trustworthy -- important when you're allowing someone else to get into your computer data. Great! Gary is very knowledgable and professional He knows all Mac systems very well. He helped fix a corruption on the hard drive, remove programs that were running in the background unnecessarily, update my computer to the latest operating system possible (2009 model cannot support latest upgrade (Sierra) but he knew of a work around to get latest OS possible). We ran malware scan. He helped ***** Wifi functionality and transfer speeds around the house, as well as came up with a solution for extending the signal through the whole house.He also got my Time Capsule backing up correctly. I have had chronic problems with it not backing up. I have also had constant problems synching my calendar with my wife's calendar on her phone - this was fixed, as well as reorganizing my email platform on the main computer. Lastly, my dog had destroyed my Apple TV remote and was not usable. He was able to program my universal remote to run it (there is an iPhone app, but the unit had dropped off the Wifi network so was not accessible to the App). He also got my universal remote to run it's other functions with much better efficiency! I look forward to working with Gary again should other problems arise!

Many of my friends use Gary's services because he is quick and trustworthy. For me, it is incredibly important that I can trust the person working on my computer ! He is great at explaining things and is very patient.My friends and I are all return customers because he is good in all things Apple and in entertainment installation.

Gary is great and I have worked with him for 7 years now after I decided to switch from PC products to Apple products.
