Owner and crew were courteous and conscientious. Their work was meticulous and they were very careful around plantings, etc. With a few rain delays, they completed in as timely a manner as possible. Cleaned-up thoroughly after completion. Would highly recommend.

Our hardwood floors where recently refinished so there was some extra work to sand and putty the baseboards before painting. On completion they looked better than before the floor refinishing. The damaged ceiling and wall sheet rock was caused by some minor water damage. Some of the ceiling patches covered a large area. I was a bit worried it would be difficult to match the orange peel but on completion we could not see where the work was done. They matched the texture perfectly. They put 2 coats of paint on everything for a very thorough coverage. All of their work was impeccable, fast and very professional. Arturo and his team are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend.

Arturo's crew did a great job.
I had the interior of my 2 story, 2600 sq ft house painted - including ceilings, new trim & moldings, shelves, & banisters.
Arturo's bid was competitive - not the cheapest, not the highest - but his proposal was also the most complete.   Other proposals didn't specifically say some detailed things they were going to do.  So either they weren't going to do them, or later its likely various Change Order additional charges would apply.
My job took 2 weeks, with anywhere from 2 to 5 guys working each day.  They always showed up promptly just before 8am.  Typically they left each day at 5p, but a couple times went late - to 6p or later.   They also worked the Saturday, as they were a little behind on schedule and used it to catch up.   
The crew started exactly the day Arturo had scheduled a month in advance, and they completed right on time - the two weeks he estimated. 
Prep work is the key to a good paint job.   His guys were meticulous.  Everything was extremely well masked.  Plastic was everywhere.   Holes and scrapes in the walls were expertly prepped.  I had a couple rooms with prior wall paper, and they retextured and mudded those walls, then primed before painting.  
I had shelves and bannisters painted from natural Oak to semi-gloss white, and they came out beautifully.
They did an excellent job of cleanup - and left the home looking like new.
Following my paint job, I had new carpeting installed.  Arturo said it was inevitable that the carpet installer would cause a few dings, and he would come back and fix those up - no charge.
He is a perfectionist - a good thing with a painter.
He communicates promptly - he answers his phone, or calls you back, or responds to email within 24 hours. 
I give him Z Painting my highest endorsement.

They did a very timely job it was towards the end of the summer in Seattle so they ran into some weather problems they worked a holiday to get it done in time. I was very pleased with the overall experience.

It was an oustanding job. They are meticulous about everything, very detail oriented. They are prompt, professional, clean up after themselves. They do beautiful work.

We had a good experience with Arturo and Z Painting. I thought their price was fair for the work performed.  Our stairwell to the basement was primed during a prior construction project but had not been painted.  The window trim, however, had been painted.  This was a one day job.  They arrived on time and they offered their opinion on what was best on a few tricky spots.  Everything that needed to be protected must have been done well because there was no mess when I returned home at the end of the day.  The walls look fantastic.  We are very pleased and would hire them again in the future.

The owner, Arturo, responded to our request for a bid the same day, he scheduled an appointment with us to walk the building, he bid out the job that included all needs (no hidden gotchas), his crew arrived on time and got the job done in the time they said they would.  The crew was polite and cleaned up after their job.  I would definitely use Z Painting again.  Many thanks to Arturo and his crew!

The communication with owner Arturo was clear and concise from the very beginning.  The estimate he gave me was very reasonable, and accurate.  The two man team he sent out to my house to do the work were very prompt, hardworking, tidy and professional. It was a very good experience all around, and I'm so pleased with the results!!   I  definitely plan to use "Z Painting" again!

This is the second time I have used Arturo to paint the exterior of my home. First in 2008 and then recently for a home we just purchased. I have been extremely happy with the results both times. They come and pressure wash the entire house first,  allow that to dry for about 2 days and then apply at least 2 coats of very high quality paint. They are very detailed and make sure the job is done right. I would highly recommend Z Painting to anyone wwanting a long lasting, high quality paint job.

I was very satisfied with the whole process.  I communicated with Arturo during the summer by email, when we were nailing down the schedule, and finalizing paint colors.  The house looks great, the satin color looks contemporary and cool, and if they made mistakes, I haven't seen them.  I plan to use Z Painting again.

Arturo is the best painting contract I have ever encountered.  His bid was within range of my budget; not the lowest but very reasonable in my opinion.  They showed up everyday on time.  The whole crew was super cordial, professional, and extremely competent.
