I have had excellent realtors before, so I have really high standards when it comes to real estate agents.  Julie exceeded all of my expectations.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Julie Hall. If you are looking for real estate in the Seattle area, she should be your realtor.  She was an excellent listener who really put a lot of energy into understanding and facilitating our needs.  We were definitely all over the map in terms of style and location; Julie helped us sort out all of our options, helping us with commute details, neighborhood details, resources, personal stories while still remaining true to our needs.  She is also quite picky, which is an excellent trait to have in a realtor, especially when she is our representative on the ground in a new city.
She organized the details of all aspects of the house purchase; she coordinated the house repairs for us, she made sure everything was done. She is incredibly organized and responsive.  Even though I know she has TONS of clients (because she is excellent at what she does), I would never have known it from her responsiveness and dedication to our home purchase - I felt like I was her number 1 priority all the time.
She is impeccably organized, responsive, personable, a great negotiator, and an excellent listener.

Leanne Finlay was a great RE Agent for us. Her team was very helpful with all the details of selling and moving. Our move out of town occurred very quickly, and they were available to manage the move for us.

He was excellent and was not pushy in any way. Joel was very instrumental in our bid being accepted on the house we purchased. He is a former builder so he is aware of many aspects of the house and was very knowledgeable about the area we were moving into. We were not the high bidders on the house but Joel spoke with the owners and convinced them that they should accept our bid. Both of the offers were cash bids.

She was great! We ended up getting 10 offers in 3 days. Her marketing skills are amazing. She is even helping sell the furniture we are not taking. I would recommend her to anyone!

I have a neutral feeling about Windermere, but I would examine each agent individually before hiring them.  My problem was taken care of by the manager of the local office.  I would use them again, but with caution. 

After a recommendation from a friend, we contacted Leanne when we decided we wanted to look for a house in Seattle. We are living in Indianapolis, so we needed someone who was flexible and knowledgeable. She sent us listings for several weeks ahead of our visit, and then spent two evenings and one full day with us driving around Seattle looking at houses. We ended up falling in love with a house. She helped us make an offer, get it accepted, and schedule an inspection for the next day (a Saturday). We are closing in about a month and couldn't be happier with our experience. We spent a lot of time in a car with her and found her very easy to get a long with! She's laid back and personable but also very knowledgeable about the Seattle market (and Whidbey Island too). Leanne will not let you buy a house that's not right for you---she is not all about the commission and makes sure that you think about the future and resale. I have no reservations about recommending her whether you are buying or selling a house.
