Mortgage Companies
My husband and I have purchased 4 houses together. We used different mortgage companies for all of them because each experience seemed to be more awful than the last. I guess we have high expectations. Denise even exceeded our expectations. She's always responsive. She takes the time to explain everything in detail and layman's terms. She was patient as house offer, after house offer fell through (this most recent time we looked for over a year). She came to the closing and everything went perfectly. She's the best.
