Very good, The representative showed up as scheduled, provided an explanation of what they would do and the chemicals involved, and efficiently completed the work.

He was very professional and thorough

The technician showed up with three ladders and NO PPE. No PPE for the wasps or for COVID19. After I explained in detail where the problem was, the technician walked around the perimeter of the building spraying the poison all over the fascia that was unaffected and, almost comically, avoiding the wasp affected areas entirely. The wasp affected areas were very high up (16ft+), but the technician never retrieved even one of the ladders. The technician also sprayed around a birdhouse that we pointed out was not a problem and wanted avoided since there are baby birds in residence currently. A very terrible experience. I worry for the techniciansince it seems that no training was received. They were spraying wildly with exposed skin and no mask... No poison was applied inside the joint between the fascia and the brick where the problem exists. The fascia is now covered in poison which is accomplishing nothing, and so are the surrounding plants and soil.

I had Willard's for several years and was pretty happy with the service. That said it changed when the bi monthly service was not done well and another service was needed. This one was incomplete, as my cameras showed the tech didn't even attempt to go on my back deck and I was charged a full service call for this "call back". The worst of it was trying to reach the manager Rick who after finally reaching him, told me he told me he'd talk to his tech and call me the following day. 2 weeks later I tried to reach Rick who was always on a call and after leaving my name and number 3 times in two days I finally reached him after calling again. No resolution was offered other than "we've been real busy". Things happen I get it, but when a customer is treated with such disregard when trying to get a resolution of a problem they created I have no patience for that. If you want so so service with no customer service Willard's is your company to go with. If you expect more, I'd go elsewhere where you may get a call back.

Excellently well. Zack from Willard's was a pleasure to work with --- intelligent, a careful listener, experienced, a good communicator, and just always seemed to be in a happy mood (he's been to our house now three times). As we had suspected, there was no way to find and remove the dead rat, but Zack talked through expectations, and inspected the house thoroughly, showing us where rodents can gain entrance --- then he did a good job of blocking those ingress points. He set traps and has come back a couple of times since to monitor the traps. We'll follow up now with an annual inspection (our choice, nothing pushed by him). Very happy with the service and the individual providing it.

Scheduling the urgent appointment with Johnson could not have gone smoother!! He was responsive, called his technicians to get someone out within 48hrs of my frantic call. The technician, Zach, came out to our house on time!!! Zach went into all the activity areas, our garage attic & under house crawl space to close up all of the entry points, told us the door weathering in the garage was not sufficient & worked with my husband to get everything blocked ASAP. Zach then set traps. By his follow up visit 6 mice were caught in the various locations & Zach immediately set up time to return the following week. The responsiveness, knowledge, calmness, professionalism from Willard's is AMAZING!!! Will always use them & will forever recommend them. A+ provider.

Zach was very professional, informative and efficient. He explained his plan and answered all of my questions. He was on time and called if prior appointment ran over.

Problem was remedied very efficiently, including screen replacement of attic ventilation screen where rodent had chewed its way in. It and babies were trapped and removed over a period of 3 or 4 visits to ensure all rodents were gone.

Wonderful! The phone scheduler gave me a quote well-below two others I had called for identical service and Willard had good reviews so i gave them a try. Technician showed up promptly, explained things very well and went to work laying bait and spraying the perimeter. He also left pieces of cut up plastic straw with bait inside that I could use for the next month, moving to spots if needed. That evening the ants were attracted to the bait (my store-bought RAID traps did not attract them.) Thanks - we will use again if needed!

We've had Mark of Willard's Pest Control out to our house twice to deal with rat problems over the last few years; specifically, when rats had gotten into the walls.

Mark tracked down where the rats were getting in (in places I never would have spotted!), got them out, and then closed up the entry point so they wouldn't get in again.  He was always pleasant and helpful, and very tenacious: one of the entry points was awkward to get to, and the rat was reluctant to leave, but Mark kept coming out and adjusting things until our furry "guest" vacated the premises.  (We weren't charged for the repeated trips, either.)

Very glad we had Mark to solve our problems -- a nice guy and a real professional.  Would recommend Willard's and Mark to anyone with rodent problems!

I was very disappointed with my other company and I used Willard Pest Control and I am very happy with them. I have a plan with them. I got the "B" service. I think their price is more reasonable than others. Zack is fantastic. He comes out here and actually does the work. He doesn't just sell me stuff.

The young man who came out was professional and seemed to know his job well. He sprayed around the perimeter of our home and discussed with me what he would like to do going forward, in terms of price and service. He advised me that he would be back in a month to see if there were anymore problems with bugs and to set some property perimeter rodent traps. I thought his plan for our property was good and the price as well. Being that this was last year sometime, I can't remember if we were going to go with the monthly fee or quarterly fee, but we were only going with service through the summer and pick up again the following spring because of the types of bugs we had/have. The price quoted us was $60 and he would bring the contract with him on his next month visit. We had a coupon for the initial service, which was to look the place over and spray.

After a few days went buy, we noticed that they did not honor the coupon price and a call in to them went unreturned. Likewise, the next month came and went without ever seeing him again. However, I did receive an email that if I wanted their service, it would be a monthly charge of nearly $100. I responded to their email with concern over what we had been told and pricing and had questions as to why the man that had been out never returned to complete the spraying and checking for bugs. We never heard back from them.

The rating is more toward the company for their lack of response or good customer service. We may be off on the date of service, but it was last year. Coupon aside, we will find someone who values are business and can do what they say they will do.

Everything went extremely well. He came back the next day to check the traps and put a barrier along the back wall.  The following two weeks he returned to check traps and put a new bag of the absorber in the closet.  In the beginning he had advised that we would not need to remove the wall to address the problem. He was right.  The problem was resolved without the huge expense of wall removal. The service rep was very knowledgeable and helpful!

I have used this company a few times, and referred them many times.  It has always been the same.  Quick response, excellent work ethic, very knowledgable about there business, very professional and affordable.   They always seem to enjoy the work they do, which to me seems wonderful in and of it self.    The first time I called them was for bees in the wall of an apartment I rented in Kirkland back in 1996.  I will always call them first!

The work went very smoothly. The contractor arrived in the afternoon, surveyed the problem, sprayed the nest location and within 2 days, the insects were dead,

As we found out afterwards, we were to have watered the lawn before and after applications, to help the 'product' sink down to
the roots of the areas affected by multiple moles.
No such directions were ever given orally or in writing. After the 3-4th application (over a period of 8 week I think), some of the activity stopped, but returned here and there, and then full force in a few weeks. I have heard moles are hard to get rid of, but
I think the lack of full directions could have given this lawn much better results.
