I am very happy with the work that Jim did for me.  He notified me in advance when to expect him and he arrived promptly.  Before beginning he took the time to move everything away from the house so that he could do a thorough job.  Afterwards everything was returned to the proper location.  The house and driveway look fantastic!  It is unbelievable to see the difference from before and afterwards.  In addition, I was very impressed that none of my flower beds next to the house were disturbed in anyway.  The price was very reasonable.  I feel that I received excellent service and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing similar services.

Our family has used Jim's Western Window Wash services, (Kirkland, WA) for a number of years at our Bellevue, Washington residence for special occasions. Now, due to the inability for us to and quot;roof-climband quot;, Jim is our exclusive service provider for our windows, plus lately, our gutter cleaning. And, not just for special occasions. We use Jim's services anytime.

His window cleaning is sparkling, (no messes!), and his attention to detail while on a ladder and the roof while cleaning the yucky gutters is terrific.

Jim's pricing is very fair, and competitive. We added the cleaning of the gutters this time as a last minute project and Jim was very eager to accommodate us. Everything was professionally and quickly completed. We are very happy to refer Jim's service to anyone in the Greater Seattle area. He deserves his place on Angie's Seattle-area preferred List, because his work is outstanding and he provides excellent service at a very fair price.

Overall, the last job went well. He is dependable. He comes when he says he is going to. I trust him. When he comes inside the house to clean the interior windows, I feel comfortable with him.

Jim arrived on time and did a great job. Very careful doing the inside windows, always wearing shoe covers and was spotless in his work. Other than clean windows you would never know that he was there. We have been using Jim for over 10 years and he is an honest, hardworking person who cares about his work. I would not hesitate to recommend Jim to anyone.

As expected based on past performance, Jim arrived when he said he would and immediately started on the windows. This year was a little more involved because of the paint spray left during a recent remodel but I am very happy with the work. I will definitely continue to use Jim.
