Western Washington Home Inspection

Dean was able to schedule an appointment for me on a very short notice, right after July 4th. He is incredibly thorough: climbs, crawls, pokes at little things. I followed him all along, and he was explaining his findings in detail and entertaining all my little questions. He gave me specific recommendations for improvement and repair and warned me about changes of building code that affect my future house. Total inspection time was near 6.5 hours - much longer than average (for a 2500 sq ft house). Apart from being quite thorough, he is obviously very knowledgeable and very willing to share his knowledge, and his explanations are clear and simple. My buying agent was also impressed. Highly recommended.
