Western Landscape and Pavers

Ross stays on top of the workers and the job was done in a reasonable time line. The patio is beautiful, the stepping stones add to the backyard, and the stone wall along the driveway sets the project off beautifully. The workers were excellent and always cleaned up before leaving. I would recommend asking to have the tags left on the trees, shrubs, and plants as it is very difficult to take the list of plantings and try to find a match as there is a number of species for the same name. We are doing the maintenance and needed to have a list of the plantings as well as how to maintain the plantings; this was not provided. Also, return emails and/or calls are not in a timely manner. We are working with the city to submit our final plan and needed identification of the plantings so the city could close our file; we are still trying to resolve this issue more than a month later. Also, we have a dead plant that needs to be replaced; two weeks out and we are still waiting for the replacement. I would hire this company again for the excellent yard service; however, follow-up with the office staff needs an improvement; we have to continue to stay on top of the requests and issues.

Poor poor poor craftsmanship with cheap cheap fence materials. Fence wasn't even connected properly, uneven gaps(there was one section was just steating on the brackets without any nail secure the fence to the posts I had to redo it because they don't warranty fence!!!.). Don't even know how they cut the wood but they are not straight and have footprints on them. Low spots in the center of the yard and by the fence door. Cool people tho.
