We've been with Verizon ever since we got our cell phone. We have been to the Verizon phone when we purchased our smart phone and they were very helpful, pleasant and informative. They gave a class on how to use your phone. They had a section for people who buy Androids and a section for people who buy iPhones. They always say that if you have any problem, please come in and we would help you and we have gone in and they helped us.

We rarely have to call them. It's much better service than anything I've ever had. When we travel, it's available in more areas than other cell phone services. It is a little expensive though.
