Unique Dry Carpet Cleaning

There were 3 people that came to complete the job. They were very efficient and they did a great job. They even spot cleaned a 3rd rug I had in the kitchen. The only thing I didn't like was that I felt they should?ve called to inform me that they were going to be a little late.

Very professional, did an amazing job in a timely fashion. Very pleasant people and a high quality service. We are very pleased.

The service was fine and they were courteous and kind. They were pretty quick. I like the fact that they don’t waste water. They did a good job.

Initially, it turned out great. They were on-time and professional. I would not use that particular type of cleaning method in the future as a month later the carpeting is matted down. Also, for at least two months, we were vacuuming up ground-up walnut shells.

Ronnie arrived promptly, was very courteous, and very efficient. He answered my questions and left a bottle of spray cleaner that i could use as needed. It was all very good.

Fantastic service, I can't recommend this company highly enough. They showed up on time, cleaned my entire house and all the stairs within the prescribed time while moving furniture that could be moved out of the way. My carpets look great and the cost (got a deal on a different site) was a bargain. Even if I had paid full price it would have been worth it given the fantastic and professional job that was performed. Thank you for doing such a great job guys!

arrived a little late but I received a phone call informing me they were on their way which I appreciated. gave lots of information regarding the cleaning process, gave me some handouts and answered all my questions. He was very professional yet friendly and my carpet looks great.

The service went Great, I had some stains that I thought would be impossible to remove, however Jeff was able to get them out. I have used his service 3 times and am extremely pleased with their work., It is great to be able to walk on a newly cleaned carpet as soon as they are done, and not having to wait for hours/days for the carpet to dry

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and we loved that service. He uses something called host, which is made from corn husks and they sprinkle it on the rug, and the rug is just beautiful. We will never use any thing else. They were good, they were very conscientious, and very nice guys.

servicemen/owner very courteous. Explained method used before starting. Sounded like a good method. Process was very quick and whole house(den,dining room, great room, 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, loft and 40 steps) were done within 1.5 hrs. End result was carpet was slightly damp when serviceman left and in general, carpet looked good. Almost all of the spots were gone but overall carpets still looked dingy. I really don't feel that they were clean. Also, quite a bit of residue was left around the edges of the rooms and furniture he went around.

Two guys got to the house sprayed the carpets and then cleaned with a machine.

I used an Amazon special offer to begin this project but once this company got here, based on the size of our house, they began adding charges. I thought their price was high considering the amount of labor that was involved. They did dry carpet cleaning which I was not familiar with but they were in and out of here in an hour. They were very polite when they were in my home but I thought the process went too fast; I thought the labor versus the cost was inequitable. When I called to talk to the gentleman who coordinates the cleaning we played phone tag a couple of times and he never returned my call the final time. They were one-half hour late.

My carpets were so bad I was considering replacing them but after seeing a AAA Group deal with Unique and their reviews, I decided to give it a shot. Jeff and his team cleaned the carpets in the whole house including the stairs in under an hour. They used a dry system which left the carpets almost completely dry (15mins until they were completely dry to the touch). The carpets look fabulous and almost new. Jeff and the team were professional, polite and focused. I plan on being a reoccuring client. The B reflects the misfortune of the team as they were stuck in the Presidential traffic backup - Jeff did provide updates.

They did a wonderful job. They use the POST system. There was no cleaning smell (I can't stand smells). The carpets were barely wet anywhere, no problem walking on them. They got out stains that have been there for years, including some I know were caused by red wine, coffee, and the dog. They cautioned that I might find little bits of the granular cleaner for a few days, and I did find a VERY few, but mostly this was the easiest thing ever. They moved what needed moving, cleaned every bit of carpet in sight, and did a great job. I will probably have them back every year for as long as I have carpets.
