UNDERHILL'S FINE WOOD FURNITURE

I called Damion at Underhills in Kirkland to order new furniture for my new dining room. I had been very happy with my service in the past and I wanted to see what we could do. Damion told me there was a 'buy the hutch and get the server for free' sale. I ordered the whole dining room set based on the quote of about $3700 for the whole set. When it was delivered, the server was not there. I called to inquire about it. I eventually ended up speaking with Chris, the store manager, and he said he would never have let anyone make that kind of deal and he would not honor what Damion had said. He said I needed to pay $800 for the server and I would be getting a really good deal. I feel cheated as I was promised something that was not delivered and then I was forced to pay for it 'twice' only to ensure that it would match. I have told my neighbors and friends and I won't spend money there again. That will cost them a lot more than $800. They were not even willing to meet half way.
