The first visit was right on time and the service tech went under the house and inspected the ducting. He explained that it needed to be sealed and a portion replaced. He also checked all the registers in the house and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. YES!!! After he answered my questions he immediately went to work. He opened all the registers in the house cleaned them out and resealed them and then proceeded to work under the house. This person did not slow down. When he was done he reviewed with me what he had done and why. The next day the insulation team arrived on time and ready to work. Again there was an explanation of what they were going to do and why and actually showed me the process along with the materials they use (good stuff). Asked if I had any questions and went to work. It was obvious that these three guys had worked together for a while because of the teamwork they displayed. I now have insulation that's well above normal and my wife and I could feel the difference the first night and it covers the entire bottom of the house. What was most impressive was their interaction with me and keeping me up to date with progress throughout the project.  On time, great customer service. great job with attention to detail.
