I found Theresa on a real estate reference site.  She called back immediately and met with us on Christmas Eve day.  With 2 hours notice, she created comps and a full binder of information on our neighborhood and the market in the area.  She told us that she felt confident she could sell our home for asking price or above.  We were skeptical at first that her number would then be too low.  I had done some research myself and her number was 11,000 higher than what I had in mind.  We went with her number and then saw her marketing machine kick into high gear!  She marketed our house aggressively on all the main most important sites.  She had a great photographer and was experienced about what needed to happen with our house to get the best possible price.  Long story short...we sold our house for $32,500 over asking!!  We listed our house at 385K and sold it for 417.5K!! 
I will be recommending Theresa to all my family and friends!!

Ms. Teungel was extremely pushy from the very beginning. She manipulated me into this duplex after a credit check, even though I was still looking at other places. I was told that the neighborhood was quiet and smoking was not allowed in the apartments, so I gave her over $1550 in rent, fees and deposits. Later, I found out that the renters next door smoked all the time, and their smoke drifted right into my apartment. There was also a very noisy cement plant down the street as well as people in the neighborhood who played loud rock music at all hours. After a year of enduring this woman's bullying, the cigarette smoke, and the loud music and noise from the neighborhood, I moved out, having completely cleaned the apartment, including $225 professional carpet cleaning which she had ordered me to do. After a couple of months, I received my deposit refund. It was only $510. She stated that the apartment was smelly and filthy. Therefore, I lost almost $1000 in fees and deposits.
