They take care of all the lawn care.  They are trying to respond to my wife's criticism.  They could be more careful so it doesn't get into our beds.

Went great.  No problems and all results were as expected or better. Highly recommend and will be calling Scott again when I have money for the next project!

The bottom line is that the results were very poor. My yard was full of weeds and moss and my grass became very thin and patchy. They often did not show up when they said they would. Sometimes I would simply find a bill on my front door and wonder why I saw no one spraying or servicing my yard (I am retired, so home most of the time). When they did show up, they spent more time completing their paperwork and preparing my bill then they actually spent caring for my yard. Now that I have dropped them, my yard is in much better shape and health.

I can notice the improvement on the lawn. We had used another lawn service in the past, and it was hard to tell any difference. They were at the house within the past 2 weeks. We paid for the service at the beginning of the year for the entire year. The lawn looks good, and I can notice a difference, but it is not as spectacular as one would have hoped. The pricing was fine. The grass is good, but not world class, I don't know if that is their problem, or more that I should be doing.

We have been using them for a while. They come on their scheduled time but they will come back if you call. They are always prompt and do a good job. However, we do have some weeds in the grass that they need to address.

Mostly bad.  Scott's was very poor on providing scheduling info so I could coordinate with my yard service.  Took almost five months to fix that.  Very poor in communicating what I needed to do in follow-up to treatment. Had been provided initial schedule for moss control.  Wasn't followed wiith no communication from Scott.  Finally came three weeks late and told me that I would need to rake out moss in ten days.  Unfortunately, that would be during a 30-day overseas trip.  Puyallup area manager, when contacted, agreed that he would come rake out the moss while we were gone.  He didn't.  Contacted him on return and he came.  Was on site for 15 minutes, mad a couple of passes with a rake, missed most areas, and left.  Talked to his boss after that incident.  That boss did visit, promised better service, but it didn't happen.  General feeling of the servie was that it was "how fast can we leave" throughout the year.  General impression of Scott's was that the employees had schedules to meet, that customers needs, desires and questions were not considered, and that we should have been happy that they deigned to stop at our house.
Overall, one of the very worst companies I've ever dealt with.  I let them do the work for one growing season, but should have fired them sooner.

They are very good. The system works. They are very reliable and customer oriented.

They do a great job with their lawn treatments. They leave the invoice on my door if I am not home. I am very pleased with them.

Being new to having my lawn fertilized and treated for weeds, I just went with Scotts because of a flyer on my front door saying, that they service our neighbors.  I had them treat my lawn for 2 years and it does look really nice.  I had them aerate my lawn this past year also.  They call before they come, usually the day before.  Talked to a couple techs and they seem to know a fair amount about my lawn.  They do 11 treatments a year.  You can pay monthly or get a 5% discount if you pay yearly. 
I don't really have anything to complain about Scotts.  But I did switch to TruGreen this year, 2013.  They perform 7 treatment of the lawn.  Which makes them less expensive.  But I really have no way to compare the two at this time, other than what I just stated.

Scott's always calls before the appointment date. The provider always leaves a detailed description as to the product applied, the condition of my lawn, and any other information I should be aware of. They do an excellent job.

I find that, while thoroughly pleasant and professional, that their services are over-priced. I'm not thrilled at how my trees/shrubs look -- probably not getting enough fertilizer.  They are sticklers on prompt payment, and if you miss a payment, they will stop all services.  I will probably terminate my contract with them at the end of this year.

They are very good, but they are very expensive. They charge $67 a visit. They are very responsive, punctual and professional. Their work has made a great improvement in our yard. We may probably not continue with them in the future because of their prices.
