I scheduled an estimate 3 weeks out because we're doing some remodeling and other property improvements and was trying to juggle contractors and various vendors. They wanted to schedule it on a day that was convenient for them, and I explained that I'm not available on those days, and I wasn't in a hurry.
The day before they were to come out and give us an estimate, the office manager called and said Tim was going to be busy "climbing trees" and wanted to re-schedule for that weekend. I was puzzled by this because it's been 3 weeks, and I'm a customer too, but I'm a patient man and agreed to reschedule for the following week. Again, they wanted to schedule it for a day that was convenient for them, but again I explained I'm only available to do this on my day off.
The re-scheduled appointment was for noon on April 30th. Right at noon, the office manager called and said Tim couldn't make it and wanted to reschedule again. That's it, my patience had run out. I told them to cancel it and I'll find somebody else.
