THE APPRAISER WAS FAIRLY NICE. SHE WORKED AN APPOINTMENT AROUND MY SCHEDULE. SHE CAME AND THOROUGHLY LOOKED OVER OUR PROPERTY AND WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. IT DID TAKE A WHILE TO GET THE RESULTS OF THE APPRAISAL BACK FROM THE COMPANY.
