They arrived both times when promised. They were courteous, professional, quick and cleaned up after the job was done. If I was to order another SunSetter I would purchase from them so I would not have to move it inside the house and store it in the living room. Not to mention it weighs about 200 lbs. twice my wife’s weight and she could not lift her end. They can bring it out the day of installation.
