Through experience with previous house cleaners, we learned the hard way that beyond doing a good job cleaning the two most important factors for a house cleaner are reliability and trustworthiness. Who wants to "prepare" for the house cleaners to come (putting things away, etc.) and then come home to find out they didn't show up! Similarly, who wants to be concerned that the house cleaners might be taking things from the house? True story, we had an the unfortunate experience with a previous cleaner who would eat food from the pantry:(.
Celia and Joao have been house cleaning for us for several years and have always done a wonderful job cleaning. They are also very reliable and trustworthy. They are hard working, good people. If we were not relocating out of the area, we would continue to use their cleaning services and we will definitely look them up again if we return.
