Not only did she provide the usual services you'd expect from a real estate agent, but she went beyond the call of duty to provide good advice, connections to reasonably price contractors, and staged the entire condo with her own traveling stock of furniture. The condo sold on the first weekend of showing, and I got more than I asked for.
