+ -1 moreINSPECTOR WAS VERY THOROUGH. APPRECIATED THE TIME HE SPENT AND ADJUSTMENTS WERE MADE IN THE PURCHASE PRICE UPON HIS DISCOVERY OF SEVERAL FAULTY AREAS IN FURNACE AND AIR CONDITIONING UNITS.
Description of Work: HOME INSPECTION PRIOR TO PURCHASE OF PRESENT HOME. INSPECTION INCLUDED CRAWL SPACE, ELECTRICAL, HEATING/COOLING, PLUMBING, ATTIC AND ROOF, ALL INTERIOR SPACES AND GROUNDS.
