+ -1 moreHe came up with an idea approved by our geotech to save me money, about 8 to 10 thousand dollars. This was after the original bid. The work that he did was top notch. I still have people stopping by the house and telling me how much the like the new porch. He was on time and on budget. Instead of trying to get every penny off of me he saved me money.
Description of Work: I had a sinking floor in my rec room and in my garage. He removed all concrete from rec room and garage. he preprepared the soil underneath. He took an old fireplace apart . He took a popcorn ceiling off. We had him install 7 windows. he designed cabinets to be installed. He constructed a barbecue for my grill. He trimmed the windows outside. He also did some shingle work.
