Signature Independent BMW & Mini Service

There's an independent garage in Kirkland, he's fantastic. Very hard to find someone with his level of attention to detail and knowledge.  They take care of our vehicle on a regular basis. We've been going to them for years.

The service was excellent. The workers were very courteous and knowledgeable. They were very prompt. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

My power steering was groaning and I needed a reputable place to take my M5. Easy scheduling over the phone, clean waiting room with wifi. They found a bulging and leaking power steering hose and called me with the estimate, noting that the hose was coming from California but they could complete the work tomorrow.
I tossed on an oil change, ok'ed the repair, and they filled the fluid so I could get home and back easily. Dropped off next morning and they fixed it.
Honest, and left my car repaired and cleaned. Can't ask for more.

There were several other clients who came in to pick up cars while I was waiting who were regular customers and all expressed gratitude for the quality of service and cost savings. The waiting area is clean, quiet and comfortable - wifi, couch and chairs, a coffee maker, and tv. I picked up some cards to recommend Signature to friends and neighbors with BMWs. I will definitely be taking my car back to SIgnature for all my service needs in the future. Thanks for the value and timely service.

They only charged 1/2 hour labor for the repair, although it must have taken them considerably longer than that to clear the flood and test drive the car. This is the 2nd time they used their diagnostic skill to fix a problem at minimal cost instead of simply plugging in new parts. I have been impressed with their depth of knowledge, and willingness to pursue a problem to its true cause, even it it means not selling me expensive replacement parts.

They do a great job at a reasonable price. The most recent service was due to a minor accident my wife had. They not only fixed the mechanical problem tha resulted, but received the car back from the body shop. They felt that the body shop hadn't buffed out the car well, called them up and asked them to fix it before delivering the car to us. They take pride in their work and didn't want to return the car to us until it was 100%.
