The staff was prompt and clear in all communications. I am picky about work done on my Thunderbird as it is a collector car. I am totally satisfied with the experience. The windshield and surroundings look great. I highly recommend Service Auto Glass. If I need glass work done this is my installer of choice!

These folks are great to work with. I had a crack in the front windshield that kept getting longer-the cost of the windshield was $50 more than my deductible. They let me use their phone to deal with the insurance company questions. I shopped at the grocery store next door while the windshield was replaced. Everything was done quickly and to my satisfaction.

My car was vandalized over Christmas --someone smashed the rear vent window, apparently to break into the car. I went to the local body-shop and they recommended Service Auto Glass as they couldn't work on my care for at least a week. I called SAG and they could replace the glass the next afternoon. I took the car in the next day and it took them about a half hour to replace the glass and fix the track that was damaged in the break-in. I didn't shop around that much, so the price may be higher than others, but SAG was fast and able to fix my car immediately. Other than that A's all around.
