Mateo has done outstanding jobs for us from from painting to major deck repair over 4 years This includes 1. While painting he found out deck support beams were perilously rotted and there was danger of a very large deck coming down. He came up with an ingenious solution using metal rods and new beams that saved us a ton of money and in consultation with an engineer who certified the repair (this was a large job). 2. Did a wonderful job painting our house 3. Built a new pathway for our garden He and his crew are excellent, honest, and just the nicest people one comes across. His rates are competitive and he stands by his work and rectifies any issues that arise. You can sense the family nature of his team as they laugh, have fun and are generally the same team.

We absolutely LOVED Mateo and his crew! Starting out, for our large project our estimate was very detailed by area, so if we needed to cut things out we could. The quote was so ridiculously reasonable though we had it all done and then some! The team was thorough, efficient and friendly, and I'd have them back to my home anytime! We had a few challenging repairs that Mateo just took on and fixed with no issues! If I could take him with me when I move out of state to handle my repairs, remodeling and painting, I'd do it in a heart beat! Great company with a great work ethic!

Another person reviewed this company a couple years ago, and I'm sorry I didn't see it before I hired Sanchez, because our experience was exactly the same. They are the least professional contractor I've ever worked with.  We hired them to do a $4,000 painting project for us, and several months after we paid them, many important tasks are still undone.  Check out AngiesList reviews for them, and you'll see other people have suffered the same treatment. If you value your hard-earned money, my advice is NOT to do business with them - they will take your money and leave you in the same boat that we and others now find ourselves.

Mateo did not complete everything on the contract.  It's has been eight months and I am still waiting for him to come back to finish the work.   I would not recommend Sanchez Painting to family and friends.

Mateo did a great job on this 4 day project. He took his time so as to do it right. He also helped me by offering some good ideas I had not thought of. Good attitude, on time, quality results.
