We were all supposed to moved our furniture and make the fireplace easily accessible. I just had a knee replaced and I moved all of the furniture out of the way and cut my first physical therapy session short to be ready for them. When they were late I called to make sure I hadn't missed them. The association stated that they would be a half hour late at 9:45am. There were more excuses and at 11am I got a knock at my door. I was excited that they were here as I was really looking forward to using my fireplace. It was the association at the door stating they were not coming. Fire safety is very important and it is dangerous for them to not have come taken care of this as they said they would. I would hate for anyone else to waste time on this company.
Description of Work: My condo association was going to work with this company to do inspections of the units that had fireplaces. While the condo association was going to hire them to for the inspection they were also going to clean the chimney for me and I was personally funding that.
